Processing of print images

Color separation take on enormous importance in getting quality press sheet. Prepress preparation is made by the professional artists. The customers give the camera ready copy for the further output of printing plates. We use advanced software, in consideration of special features and properties of packaging and print equipment.

The digital color proof is made on color proofing complex. It is also made on the basis of such software product as EFI Color Proof and allows us to see the packaging before the printing circulation.

Photopolymer flexographic printing forms (plates) are made by analog technology (with a withdrawal of negatives), and on technology Computer–to–Plate (CtP) on the highly technological equipment of well known manufacturers such as BASF (Сombi F III), DuPont (Cyrel 1000), Alpha (LaserGraver).

And because of wide assortment of analog and digital plates, we have a possibility to offer our customers the printing forms with the thickness from 1,14 mm to 2,54 mm, to print on film, paper and cardboard,. The maximum format of the flexographic forms is 920 х 1200 mm.

At all stages of preparation and production of photopolymer printing plates, we use control and measuring instruments of such leading producers as X-Rite, Troyka System, Cretag Machbett.
